Refund policy

We strive to provide high-quality Islamic products and Hajj & Umrah essentials. Due to the religious nature and hygiene sensitivity of certain items, our return policy is outlined below.

 

Eligibility for Returns

 

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received a defective product
  • You received a wrong item different from what was ordered
  • The item is missing from the package

Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

For hygiene, safety, and religious reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded once delivered, unless damaged or incorrect:

  • Ihram (once opened or used)
  • Prayer Dress
  • Prayer mats
  • Caps (topi), scarves, hijabs
  • Attar / perfumes
  • Personal hygiene items
  • Zamzam bottles (empty or sealed)
  • Hajj / Umrah kits (if seal is broken)
  • Any item marked “Non-Returnable”

 

Condition of Returned Items

 

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • Original tags, seals, and labels must be intact
  • Returns showing signs of use, damage, or tampering will not be accepted

 

Return Request Process

 

To request a return:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Share order number, reason for return, and clear photos or video
  3. Our team will review and confirm eligibility

Return requests without proper evidence may be rejected.

 

Return Shipping

 

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), return shipping will be covered by us
  • For other approved returns, shipping charges are non-refundable

 

 

Replacement Policy

  • Where applicable, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund
  • Replacement will be shipped after verification of the issue
